When you request a consultation, AstroLume, LLC collects the contact details, service interests, property information, lighting preferences, optional investment range, project scope, desired completion date, property address, photos, Google Maps reference links, property confirmation and message you provide so the business can respond and discuss your project.

Property photos are stored privately and are available only to the authorized AstroLume staff. If you choose address lookup, Google Maps receives your address and provides an interactive Street View preview under Google’s privacy policy. We save your confirmed address and the Street View panorama and camera angle you choose. Google supplies the image when you open the preview, confirmation email or private staff record; we do not permanently store a copy of Google’s imagery. The confirmation email includes a private image link, which anyone you forward that email to may also open. Google and your email application may process image requests. Upload only photos you are authorized to share. Your request is stored in the website’s database and is available to the authorized AstroLume staff. Your submitted request details, including any property address, lighting preferences, notes, Street View link and uploaded photos, are also processed by our email delivery provider, Resend, to send your complete confirmation email and photo attachments, and a new-request notification to the business owner. Staff may record private project notes and follow-up dates to manage your inquiry. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details. This form does not collect payment or add you to a marketing list.

We measure consultation-page visits, progress through the planner, and saved requests using a random identifier stored for the current browser tab. This measurement does not include names, contact details, addresses, photos, or messages, and uses no third-party analytics service. Measurement records are retained for up to 90 days and excluded when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The private studio shows aggregate progress for the last 30 days.
